離心泵常見故障及解決辦法

離心泵在使用過程中常見故障一般有，軸承噪音大軸承發(fā)熱：（軸承老化，潤滑油太臟、更換軸承和潤滑油）
Centrifugalpumpintheuseofcommonfaults,bearingnoiselargebearingheating:(bearingaging,lubricatingoiltoodirty,changingbearingsandlubricants).
上量不穩(wěn)定：葉輪口環(huán)間隙過大、（更換口環(huán)）葉輪流道堵塞、（清理流道雜質(zhì)）泵抽空、（檢查液位、重新灌泵排氣）吸入管線堵塞或漏氣、（檢查吸入管線）介質(zhì)溫度過高氣化（降溫冷卻后重新排氣灌泵）。
Thevolumeisunstable:theclearanceoftheringoftheturretistoolarge,theflowpassageoftheimpellerisblocked,thepumpispumpedout,(checkthelevel,theexhaustofthepump),thepipeisblockedorleaked,andthetemperatureofthemediumistoohigh.
揚程低：轉(zhuǎn)速過低（檢查恢復(fù)）葉輪流道堵塞（清理流道）泵發(fā)生氣蝕（檢查排除）
Lowlift:lowspeed(checkandrecovery)cloggingofimpellerrunner(cleaningchannel)cavitationerosion(checkout)
泵體振動過大：泵發(fā)生氣蝕抽空（排除）軸承老化（更換）聯(lián)軸器對中不良（重新校正）地腳螺栓或各連接螺栓有松動（檢查擰緊）
Pump body vibration too large: pump cavitation and evacuation (removal) bearing aging (replacement) shaft coupling for bad (rectified) anchor bolts or joint bolts loosening (check tightening)
